Since our company’s inception we have provided Preliminary and Final Design phase engineering for simple to complex projects involving bridges and roadways.  With our unique background in construction phase engineering, NBIS inspections, and close relationships with various Heavy Highway Contractors we are able to value engineer the project to provide an efficient and constructible project.  We task our engineers and staff with meticulously analyzing options to best fit our client’s goals.  During this process we help guide our clients through various regulatory matters involving Local, State, and Federal agencies.  This process takes the initial idea set forth in the Funding Strategies and Planning phase and makes that idea a finely crafted design ready for construction.
